What makes a pawfect pet photo? 

We check all pet photos we receive, and usually they are perfect. But don't worry! If the photo can't be used for the portrait, we will email you and explain the issue, and request some new photos.

Photos that work best are those in good, natural lighting and at eye-level with your pet.

Can I have more than one pet in my custom product?

For the best clarity of the portrait, we believe that OkeDoggy's creations are more appropriate for presenting a single pet! However, we highly encourage you to choose items for your different pets that fit their style/personality and take them home together!

Can I preview my pet portrait?

We will email you a preview of the portrait once our artists finished it. There will be 48 hours from the time this email is sent to suggest changes you would like to see made to the portrait! (Pet photo replacement is not included) Our artists will collaborate with you to make modifications as soon as possible. You can also confirm in the email if you think the portrait is already perfect!

We will start the design and production as soon as we confirm the portrait together in order to expedite the delivery of your purchase and send the packages to your home!

Is global delivery available?

OkeDoggy has already sent thousands of packages to customers in many countries worldwide. We currently ship to most regions, including North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia and Oceania.

Plus, we offer FREE global shipping on all orders over $100+.

What’s your shipping time?

We estimate that orders will be delivered within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may extended to up to 4 weeks.

To ensure the fastest delivery, we strongly recommend confirming your pet’s portrait as soon as possible. The sooner we receive your approval, the sooner we can begin producing and shipping your creations!
